In this journey of life, we often win something, all for ourselves. We scroll every day - but do not explore ourselves. Every moment we see someone else's story, but forget to write the story of our own life.

We know what is happening in the world – but we do not know what is breaking inside us.

Digital screens have connected us to the world but cut us off from ourselves. Every app tells us what we are missing but no app tells us when we started losing ourselves.

Today life has become a product. Every person is a profile. Every emotion is a reel. Every smile is a filter. Waiting for comments in every relationship, waiting for notifications every day.

But someday, when the screen turns off... when the battery dies... when the wifi disconnects...
Then we realize how empty we actually have become.

Have you ever sat alone in a park without a phone? Have you ever felt your mother's smile without a picture? Have you ever opened an old diary in which your dreams were alive?

Silence is that book which can be read only with the heart.
That is the picture which is shown only through the camera of the heart.

The journey of souls is not a journey by bus or train. It is that destination where neither passport is required nor visa is needed. It only requires a simple prayer, an empty moment, a true tear... and you take a full flight of souls.

We think it is important to watch everything — news, reels, videos, updates. But in fact:

When the eyes are closed, only then the real light is visible.
When a person looks towards the face, only then he feels the real truth.
When a person turns towards his God, only then he gets real freedom.

You live in someone else's life all the time. Some influencer's breakfast, some celebrity's dance, some gamer's match, some couple's smile. You see everything - but you don't see yourself.

Your soul is tired - by living for likes, by taking dopamine hits, by staying connected all the time. And this tiredness cannot be removed by sleeping - it can only be relieved by remembering Allah.

A new script awaits — time to reprogram your soul’s journey

Your life is not an app - which you can update to get new features.

This is not a profile which can be edited and made perfect.
This is a trust which you have received along with time.

So then why did you give control of your life to someone else?
Why do you need someone else's approval all the time?
Why do you feel every day that you are missing something?

This FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) ends only when you understand:
"I myself am a great treasure. I don't need to be lost in anyone else's world."

🔥 Maker of a new cup: Not alone, but independent

People often say that it is difficult to do a digital detox. I feel lonely. I feel boring. I feel disconnected from the world.

But actually:

Living alone is not useless if that loneliness is with Allah.
Boring time becomes blessed - if there is a soul in it.
And how much relief the world becomes - if one meets oneself in it.

Freedom is not just when you get out of prison. Freedom is when you get out of the prison of your soul. You get free from your addictions, your desires, your digital chains.

And you get this freedom only when you create a new world – in poems instead of screens, in insight instead of content, in search of light instead of likes.

All ends lead back to You — the Only One.

O Allah! Give us that sight that can see the soul as well.
Give me that time which passes only in your recitation.
Give us that peace which is not found in any notification, but only in your light.
Let us give ourselves that courage to live our lives again - without any screen, only with you. Ameen.
